Single machine bag filter
A standalone dust collector is a small-sized air purification device that removes dust. Suitable for various independent dust production points, flexible and convenient, on-site dust collection, on-site treatment, and can maintain the cleanliness of the air. It belongs to the mechanical shaking dust collector, which collects and separates dust particles from the airflow. It is a dust removal equipment that uses mechanical vibration to clean the dust. Single machine dust collector/single machine dust collector can be equipped with shot blasting machine, as well as equipment with high dust concentration such as sand machine, crusher, sand screening machine, sand mixer, etc. Practice has proved that single machine bag dust collector operates stably, has low noise, is easy to remove dust, and is easy to operate and maintain.
working principle:
When the equipment is working, dusty gas enters the equipment box through the air inlet duct. Coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, while fine dust particles enter the middle and upper boxes with the turning of the airflow. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the dust on the surface of the filter bag is blown by the pulse valve and falls to the bottom of the ash hopper. The filtered gas enters the upper box and is discharged to the atmosphere through the induced draft fan
Advantages of a single machine bag filter:
1. The single machine pulse bag filter has the characteristics of easy installation and transportation, small footprint, and stable performance. This equipment is an integrated structure of induced draft fan and bag filter. The induced draft fan is installed on the upper side of the equipment, mainly used for processing and collecting room temperature dust with small air volume.
2. Pulse bag filter is a dry dust filtering device. It is suitable for capturing small, dry, and non fibrous dust, mainly divided into two structures: online dust cleaning and offline dust cleaning.
3. Pulse bag filter has the advantages of purification, large body handling capacity, stable performance, easy operation, wide applicability, long filter bag life, and dust removal efficiency
Characteristics of a single machine bag filter:
1、 Single machine bag filter can be manufactured according to the actual needs of the design unit or user.
2、 The A-type dust collector components adopt a suction bucket structure, which facilitates dust collection.
3、 The air inlet interface on one side above the dust collector can be removed when needed to increase the area of the air inlet.
4、 The dust cleaning mechanism of the filter component is driven by an electric motor to drive an eccentric wheel, and the connecting rod causes the dust bag to shake and stick to the outer surface of the filter bag. Its control device is divided into two types: automatic control and manual control. Self control refers to the timed automatic vibration of the dust cleaning mechanism during continuous operation of the fan. Manual control means that the dust cleaning mechanism automatically works after the fan stops, and stops after tens of seconds. The dust cleaning motor can also be started at any time as needed to vibrate and clean the dust. The time relay for dust cleaning can be adjusted by the user.
5、 The filter component is equipped with a wide and sealed disassembly and maintenance door for easy access and removal of the filter when needed.
6、 The fan components adopt imitation centrifugal fans, with high air volume, high air pressure, hard fan characteristic curve, and sound reduction measures, resulting in low noise during use.
7、 The filter component adopts a flat bag filter with 208 industrial polyester twill velvet as the filter material. Each bag is equipped with a spring steel wire mesh, which has good filtering effect, easy replacement of filter bags, and long service life.
8、 There are currently sixteen specifications of single machine bag dust collectors, divided into four types: A, B, J, and P. Type A is equipped with ash hopper drawers. Type B does not have ash hopper drawers, but is equipped with flanges at the bottom. Users can directly connect it to dust removal equipment such as unpacking ports, material bin dumping ports, mixing warehouses, sandblasting boxes, and belt transportation turnouts for on-site dust removal and direct dust recovery. The J-type pulse bag filter has four legs, an ash hopper, and an ash discharge valve. P-type is equipped with a vacuum balance rotating arm on the basis of A-type.
