The manufacturing process level of chassis stamping parts in automobile production not only affects the performance and quality of the chassis, but also has a significant impact on the overall quality of the car. 1. Virtual Manufacturing of Components

For stamping production units, if the virtual manufacturing process is not properly controlled, it usually leads to unstable production of parts. Therefore, in the product design process, it is necessary to plan the material utilization rate of components and solve problems through virtual manufacturing.

2. Realize process design

With the continuous changes in the manufacturing process of automotive parts, components represented by the side panel have gradually progressed from the commonly used five or even six sequence to four or even three sequence manufacturing, which has led to the continuous development of stamping products towards digitization, digitization, high-speed and automation.

3. Diversification of processing techniques

An additional leveling process can be added after the punching process.

The quality management of the stamping workshop requires strict control of process quality and in-depth implementation of "self process": implementing the "double three inspection" system, namely line inspection, sampling inspection, and patrol inspection, and mandatory inspection of intermediate and final parts.

The quality management of the stamping workshop and the inspection of stamped parts are important links, not only controlling various points, but also involving multiple important links, such as the formulation of standard operations, the standardization of operations by inspection personnel on the basis of sufficient preparation, and the analysis of the causes and formulation of countermeasures for quality defects in order to control the quality of parts. Strictly controlling all aspects of stamping quality is necessary to steadily improve stamping quality and production efficiency. However, the purpose of stamping quality management is to control the process of stamping various factors to meet the design and product requirements of qualified stamping parts, rather than pursuing stamping parts unilaterally.
