working principle:

The dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet, and the coarse particles of dust settle directly into the ash hopper due to the decrease in wind speed. The fine dust enters the bag chamber with the airflow and forms a dust layer attached to the outer wall of the filter bag after being filtered by the filter bag. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged through the air outlet. As the filtration time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag, increasing the resistance of the filter bag can gradually reduce the processing air volume. For normal operation, the resistance should be controlled within the range of 1200~1500Pa to clean the filter bag. During cleaning, the pulse controller triggers each control valve in sequence to open the pulse valve. The compressed air in the air bag is instantly sprayed out at high speed through the pulse valve and the blowing hole of the blowing pipe, while inducing the surrounding clean air to enter the filter bag. The filter bag expands rapidly in an instant, causing the dust layer attached to the surface of the filter bag to fall off, and the filter bag recovers its filtering ability. The fallen dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged by the ash discharge valve at a set time. In this way, the dust accumulated on the filter bag is periodically pulse blown to clean the dust, allowing the purified gas to pass through normally and the dust removal system to operate.

It is widely used in dust and smoke control in steel plants, casting plants, smelting plants, metal powder plants, building materials plants, brick kilns, stone processing plants, refractory material plants, boiler equipment, cement plants, stone plants, and many other places!

1、 The bag cage structure adopts a universal filter bag, making it easy, simple, and clean to replace the filter bag. At the same time, the bag mouth adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the filter bag and the keel, thereby extending the service life of the filter bag and facilitating the unloading of the bag.

2、 Adopting the upper bag extraction method, after removing the bag cage during bag replacement, the dirty bags are put into the lower ash hopper of the box and taken out from the manhole, which meets the operating conditions for bag replacement.

3、 The box adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials, and during the manufacturing process, kerosene is used for leak detection, resulting in a very low air leakage rate.

6、 By using pulse blowing for dust cleaning, the cleaning effect can be achieved with only one blow. At the same time, the cleaning cycle is extended, which can also reduce the energy consumption of dust cleaning, and the compressed air consumption will also decrease accordingly. At this point, the degree of loss of the filter bag and pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby improving the service life of the filter bag and valve plate.
