The fly ash from boiler exhaust is composed of dust particles of different sizes, and the particle size range of smoke dust is generally 3-500 μ m. Dust is usually grouped by diameter range, and the percentage of each group's weight to the total weight of the smoke is called its dispersion. Different forms of dust collectors have different adaptability to the dispersion of dust particles.
Transformation of boiler dust collector:
1、 Retaining the outlet flue and outlet box of the original electrostatic precipitator, the upper opening of the outlet box horn, and connecting a section of the outlet flue from the clean air chamber to the opening of the original outlet horn, not only meets the design requirements, but also maximizes the use of the original electrostatic precipitator shell and flue, saving costs and fully utilizing the original dust collector insulation system. Add insulation design for both the main body and equipment, and be responsible for implementation and installation. Restore and update the damaged and dismantled parts of the dust collector insulation;
2、 Add bypass flue and bypass valve. When the bypass valve of the bypass flue is opened, the flue gas does not come into contact with the dust removal filter bag. Used to protect the bag during boiler start-up, shutdown, and combustion assistance conditions, as well as when the exhaust temperature of the boiler exceeds the limit. At the same time, offline inspection of the dust collector can be achieved by automatically opening the bypass valve and closing the flue gas valve through PCL control. The flue gas directly enters the exhaust flue through the bypass flue to protect the filter bag.
3、 Newly added ladder platform and lighting, as well as a 30m3 air compressor, compressed air storage tank, adsorption dryer, and compressed air delivery pipeline.
4、 Dismantle the cathode frame and anode plate row, anode plate and cathode wire, inner and outer covers, and other related equipment of the original electrostatic precipitator electric field. The interior of the electrostatic precipitator is hollow and cleaned thoroughly.
5、 The top cover of the boiler dust collector renovation has been redesigned and processed, with a clean air chamber and some components of the bag cleaning system, such as pulse valves, installed on the top cover, and a flue gas bypass added.
6、 Add an exhaust end wall at the outlet of the original electrostatic precipitator, retain the original electrostatic precipitator flue, redesign and install the air distribution plate and guide baffle. The flue needs to be disconnected at the designed installation position due to the installation of a baffle door. After installing the baffle door and compensator, seal and weld them together;

1、 The maintenance and bag replacement can be carried out in separate rooms without stopping the system fan and under normal operating conditions of the system. The filter bag mouth adopts an elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance and is firm. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, extends the life of the bag, and is easy to unload.
2、 Adopting the upper bag extraction method, after extracting the skeleton during bag replacement, the dirty bag is put into the lower ash hopper of the box and removed from the manhole, which meets the operating conditions for bag replacement.
3、 The box adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance. The inspection door uses excellent sealing materials, and during the manufacturing process, kerosene is used for leak detection, resulting in a very low air leakage rate.
4、 The layout of the inlet and outlet air ducts is compact, with low airflow resistance.
5、 This dust collector adopts the technology of segmented air stop pulse blowing for dust cleaning, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collectors and segmented back blowing dust collectors. It has low dust cleaning, dust removal, low emission concentration, low air leakage rate, low energy consumption, low steel consumption, small footprint, stable operation, and good economic benefits. Suitable for the purification of dusty gases and material recovery in metallurgy, building materials, cement, machinery, chemical, power, and light industry industries.
6、 Due to the use of segmented air stop pulse spraying for dust cleaning, the cleaning cycle is extended and the energy consumption for dust cleaning is reduced, resulting in a significant decrease in compressed air consumption.
