1、 The correct use and maintenance of stamping parts molds is to protect normal production and improve stamping parts; Quality, cost reduction, extended lifespan of stamping dies, correct use and reasonable maintenance of molds, strict implementation of the "three inspections" system for stamping dies (pre use inspection, in-process inspection, and post use inspection), and proper maintenance and repair of stamping dies. Its main tasks include the correct installation and debugging of molds; Strictly control the entry of convex molds into concave molds; Control the extension of the bottom dead center of the upper mold in processes such as bending correction, cold extrusion, etc; Timely re grind and polish the edges of chess equipment; Pay attention to maintaining the cleanliness and proper lubrication of the chess equipment, and make a slope or arc at the end of the convex mold blade. This is a method to reduce the punching force. Reducing the buffer cutting force can alleviate the tensile force on the material on the concave die side, thereby achieving the effect of flipping and twisting the stamped part. The correct use and reasonable maintenance of molds are crucial for improving the lifespan of molds. 2、 In order to ensure the assembly quality of the driver's cab during the mass production stage, the stamping parts and the white car body are verified during the trial production stage. After the completion of the full sequence stamping mold, a special matching verification is carried out for the white car identity assembly and assembly welding. The function of the welding fixture is to shape, position, and clamp the stamped parts during the welding process, and the accuracy of the welded sub assembly is fundamental to the welding accuracy of the vehicle body. Therefore, the welding matching verification activity in the trial production stage is based on the calibrated welding fixture as the basis for accuracy judgment, to identify the problems that exist when matching and overlapping stamped parts on the welding fixture. Stamping parts; Carry out welding matching verification when the state is stable and the qualification rate meets the matching requirements. When conducting matching verification, the qualification rate requirement for stamped parts is that the overall qualification rate is greater than 80%, and the reference holes and reference surfaces are qualified. When matching and verifying, place the stamped parts on the fixture in sequence according to the overlapping order required by the welding process. Firstly, match the fixture in its free state (not clamped), check the overlap status between the holes, surfaces, and parts, and use tools such as gap gauges and plugs to measure the data; Prioritize eliminating interference points between stamped parts and between parts and fixture support points; Secondly, record the gap between the stamped part and the auxiliary support; In the clamped state, use a feeler gauge to detect the gap between the matching parts, and combine the inspection data of the stamped single piece to determine the problematic parts and make corresponding rectification requirements. The matching verification of stamped parts is a multi round repetitive work, usually requiring 2-3 rounds of verification from the beginning of the matching verification work to the closure of the problem. Matching and tracking management in the form of a list of issues can enhance the control of matching problems.
