The frame, carriage middle plate, and some components used for support and connection are important load-bearing parts, mostly formed by mold technology, requiring materials with high strength and good plasticity, as well as fatigue resistance, collision energy absorption capacity, and weldability. Generally, steel plates with good formability, grain steel plates (strength grade between 300-610 MPa), and strength plates (strength grade between 610-1000 MPa) are selected.
