According to practical applications and feedback during the design process, there are four main types of faults in the automotive braking system for fault diagnosis. Malfunctions in the braking efficiency of the car's braking system; It is a sudden malfunction of the braking action of the car's braking system; The third type is the fault of brake card sticking in the car braking system; The fourth type is the problem of unilateral brake deviation in the car braking system. There are four main reasons for poor braking efficiency in automotive braking systems. Firstly, it may be due to a malfunction in the master cylinder of the braking system, and secondly, it may be due to a problem with the brake system's cylinder; Once again, it may be due to a problem or malfunction with the brake system's brakes; It is possible that there is an air infiltration problem in the brake pipeline of the braking system. 1、 During the braking process of a car, if the pedal height is too low, it indicates that the braking efficiency of the car is poor. If there is a phenomenon of the pedal height easing during continuous braking, it indicates that the gap between the brake drum and the friction plate in the car braking system is too large, or the gap between the master cylinder and the push rod in the braking system is too large.

2、 If the pedal height slowly drops or suddenly drops during the process of maintaining braking effect in a car, it indicates that the brake pipeline in the braking system has ruptured or has poor sealing. In the process of handling this issue, we can observe whether there is a brake fluid leakage problem in the brake system by stepping on the brake pedal. If there is a leakage problem, we should identify the leakage point accordingly. If there is no corresponding leakage problem, the appearance of the brake pipeline is good. At this point, we need to troubleshoot the master cylinder or sub cylinder of the braking system to identify the cause of the malfunction.

3、 If there is continuous stepping on the brake pedal during the braking process of the car, and the height of the pedal rebounds, it indicates the infiltration of air into the brake pipeline in the braking system.

4、 If there is a problem of one foot braking or two foot braking during the braking process of a car, and the height of the brake pedal is appropriate but the hard braking effect is poor, then we need to adjust and analyze the clearance of the friction plates of each brake wheel in the braking system. If reasonable gaps are found during the inspection process, we need to inspect the surface condition of the friction plate and drum wall. If the surface inspection is normal, we need to check whether there is a problem with the brake spring, whether there is expansion in the master cylinder and cylinder of the brake system. If the above problems are normal, we need to inspect the brake hose of the brake system to see if there is aging or blockage.
